NSW Health Program Planning Workshop 2021
Facilitated the annual project planning session of the NSW Health IT team to identify initiatives, priorities, responsibilities and collate the program for the following year.
Logistics Annual Planning Day 2021
Worked with a company founder to facilitate their annual business growth planning day, including schedule, facilitation, workshops and the recording of the outcomes and actions plans.
E-Commerce Start-Up Advisory 2020
Advised a start-up from idea inception through to operations. Worked with the founder to map out the business, establish the business and marketing systems to ensure a successful go-live.
Work Health & Safety Review and Implementation 2019
Undertake the development of a WHS Implementation plan for the NSW State Emergency Services following an internal audit. Undertake a deep dive into the current systems, processes and culture of the business and identify solutions and delivery program.
Carbon/Climate Neutral and Emerging Technology Strategy 2018
Facilitated a workshop of organisation staff and consultants addressing Climate Change and Emerging Technology Impacts of the organisation. Developed a strategy to address the issues highlighted out of the workshop.
SaaS Corporate Advisory Services 2018
Corporate advisory to a scale up business including corporate structure, company constitution, shareholders agreements, terms sheets and general company secretarial activities.
Engineering Company Strategic Business Planning 2017
Working with a high growth engineering company to prepare a five year strategic business development plan. This included environmental scans, workshops and plan preparation. The plan included identification of international agencies / licensing options.
Governance and Probity Review 2017
Working with a government agency to undertake a governance and probity review of a government board. The work included assessment against probity and governance requirements, interview with board and stakeholder and preparation of a review with recommendations.
Renewable Energy Corporate Advisory Services 2017
Working with a start-up Renewal Energy Generation and Storage company to develop the market and the Brand. This has included substantial government representation and the development of industry solutions.
Utility Asset Management Improvement Program 2016
Leading the organisational change program for MidCoast Water to align to the best practice Asset Management Framework. These business processes, systems and frameworks included: Investment decision making models and frameworks.
Utility Asset Management Review & Framework 2016
Undertook a ISO5500x review of the organisation, undertook maturity audit using WSAA Asset Management Customer Value project, developing an Asset Management Improvement Plan and 22 asset class management plans.
Utility Review and Restructure 2015
Undertook a review of the operation of a major utility to identify improvement aspects to achieve a 20% productivity result. The review was presented as a series of recommendations to management with both internal and client savings.
Emergency Management Plan and Framework 2014
Reviewed the approach and operations to emergency management for a major water utility. Prepared a new Emergency Management Plan and Framework for the business and undertook staff training and scenarios.
ASX Due Diligence Review 2013
Undertook a review of the operations and management of civil infrastructure assets under the control of a capital intensive ASX. The review included asset identification, asset condition and the current approach to operations & maintenance.
